To all, don't worry about any bad English, it's not important as I will understand and most certainly appreciate the effort, it's a pity I can't try your own languages. My friends in Belgium always joke about my French but because I make the effort they appreciate it, I just wish I was like my son and a daughter who took to speaking French very easily but my language ability is restricted to English and computer programming languages (legacy ones).

Buzet, szakal says "here is not a health resort " :o))))), in his Polish experience Жщ)) - he already put you a minus, just for the hell of it :o))))) - to explain pluses/minuses system.

Hi Alice,

The picture is of a Vindaloo Curry in a Korai dish which is a joint cooking and serving dish used in India, it is a small wok and made of cast iron. Due to that it cooks small quantities very well indeed and looks great on the table, I have two which sit on wooden bases for serving. As for the Vindaloo, that is an extra hot fireball full of those small fiery red chillies, and which normally has somewhat devastating after effects the next morning when you visit the bathroom, lol.

I shall have to have a look around the blogs here and especially the cooking one as all I get in Belgium is French cooking which may well be pleasant but it's not great as the French would like us to believe, Italian cuisine is far better than French as they understand far more about herbs and spices.

I am waiting at the moment for the semi-pickled cucumbers :o)  How they will work out. Did yesterdasy, according to BeeFree's directions. (Second attempt They are pickles, but not for keeping, but for eating at once that is 2 days after or on the second day. Beefree will come back will tell you as well.
